V8 isolate in agent sandboxes

Isolates start in milliseconds and use very little memory, which is why edge platforms such as Cloudflare Workers use them. They run JavaScript and WebAssembly, not arbitrary Linux binaries, so isolate-based sandboxes suit tool calls and small scripts rather than full coding agents that need a shell, package managers and a filesystem.
